I promise I'm not a crazy night owl, but I'm working nights at the vet clinic... I just got off my shift for the night morning and wanted to share a little treat I was day night-dreaming about...
So I made these cookies a little while ago for a Texas themed weekend and just loved the crushed Jolly Ranchers & sugar cookie combo. Super fun to make and pretty to look at!
*BIG TIP* You should definitely bake these on parchment paper and then take the parchment paper + cookies and put them on the cooling rack. The cookies will come off easy once cooled.
